Grey Cup Breakfast

The Spirit of Edmonton hosted this years Grey Cup breakfast at the famous Sheraton Wall Centre in the heart of downtown Vancouver.

Due to the high ticket demand for our Grey Cup Breakfast in Vancouver we expanded last year and included a breakfast on Friday as well as our traditional Saturday Breakfast. The demand for tickets was huge with a waiting list as long as a 1st and down. The Saturday breakfast sold out in early 2011 and Friday was not too far behind it.

The Spirit of Edmonton Grey Cup Breakfast has grown substantially since we started hosting them over 35 years ago. The breakfast starts at 8:00 with a full buffet and our VERY popular Sluice Juice. We can’t tell you how the juice is mixed or the secret ingredients BUT, back in the day a canoe paddle was used!

The entertainment at each and every breakfast ranges from performances by CFL Cheer Teams and Pipe Bands to some VERY unusual breakfast attire worn by our patrons. There are numerous MAJOR door prizes and non-stop entertainment throughout the event, so much so it’s difficult to find the time to eat! If that isn’t enough to get you going, a live band will help you to dance off the calories of buffet and the juice will get you primed for the GREY CUP PARADE!
